Eligibility for Refund
In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. If the product had any tag attached to it, the tag must not be removed or demaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@parlior.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
- If your refund request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Please package the item securely and affix the return shipping label to the package.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund.
- Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to provide a hassle-free refund process, there are certain items that are non-refundable. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been worn or damaged
- Items without their original tags attached to them
- Gift cards
Please note that the above list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any item for a refund.
